  • All confirmed orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • In case of delays due to high demand or unforeseen issues, our team will notify you promptly.

2. Delivery Timelines

  • Standard delivery time across India is 7–9 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination, courier availability, or external conditions such as strikes or weather.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all orders, regardless of value or location within India.

4. Payment Options

  • We accept multiple payment methods, including Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid online payment options.
  • COD may not be available in certain pin codes due to courier restrictions. Customers will be notified during checkout if COD is unavailable in their area.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email.
  • You can use this tracking ID to monitor your shipment on our delivery partner’s website or through your ObtainKart account.

6. Multiple Shipments

  • If your order includes multiple products, they may be shipped from different warehouses for faster delivery. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking details.

7. Delivery Delays & Exceptions

  • While we strive to deliver on time, ObtainKart is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or factors beyond our control.
  • Our support team is always available to assist in case of delivery issues.

8. Undelivered Orders

  • If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept, or failed delivery attempts, it may be returned to us. In such cases, our team will contact you for resolution.
